Songs on Wheels focuses on participatory music-making outreach with individuals. Through the SOW program, Reach Out Arts teaching artists and volunteers visit and sing with homebound older adults and others. Reach Out Arts believes that it is vitally important to bring the healing power of the arts to people who may not have the opportunity to leave their homes or participate in dance or music or the arts in any other way.
